Who the app is for

Social Skills Park is not directed at children under 13. Age is handled by the App Store rating and device parental controls.

Social Skills Park is a skills product. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental-health condition. Feedback is coaching text, not clinical advice.

What we collect and why

We use this information to run your account, give practice feedback, provide Premium, and keep the app working. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

• Account. Opening the app creates an anonymous account. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we link that sign-in to the account. Apple may share an email or a Hide My Email address.
• Progress. Theme, completed lessons, onboarding choices, mission state, and practice preferences, so you can pick up where you left off.
• Practice media. Audio and video you record. We send the recording to a cloud AI provider to produce a score and coaching notes. Results stay tied to your account. We do not post your takes for other users.
• Purchases. Apple handles payment. We store whether Premium is active and when it ends. We do not receive your card number.
• Crashes and product analytics. We collect crash reports and named in-app events (for example, that you opened a lesson or the paywall) so we can fix bugs and improve the product. Crash reports are not tied to your account. Product events are. We do not send recordings, transcripts, emails, or advertising IDs.
• Product notes. Text you send from Profile as an idea or bug report. It stays private and is not posted for other users.
• Camera and microphone are used only when you start a practice take.

Who we share it with

We share data with service providers that host the app, store recordings, run the coaching AI, process subscriptions through Apple, report crashes, and measure product use. They may use the data only to provide those services. Any third party that receives this data must protect it at least as carefully as we do. We do not sell personal information.

Information is processed in the United States. If you use the app from another country, that means your information is transferred there.

How long we keep it

Practice media is deleted from our storage, normally within 30 days after upload. Product notes are kept for up to 90 days, or until you delete the account. Account, progress, and Premium status stay until you delete the account or we shut the service down.

Your choices

You can use the app as a guest. Sign in is required only to start a paid trial. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your account data at Profile → Delete account, or by emailing support@socialskillspark.com. See also Delete your account.

Product analytics are part of using the app. There is no in-app switch to turn them off.

Deleting the app or your Park account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
