These terms govern your use of Social Skills Park. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Social Skills Park offers lessons, practice exercises, and real-world missions. It is not therapy, counseling, or a medical device. You are responsible for how you act with other people. Do not use the app to harass anyone or to record people who have not agreed to be recorded.
You can start as a guest. You may link Apple or Google so your progress follows you. You must meet the App Store age rating (13+ in most countries) and you must not be under 13. Keep your sign-in to yourself.
The app is free to download. Reading lessons and answering text questions may stay free. Audio, video, practical media exercises, and Real World missions require Premium.
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store (monthly, three months, or yearly). Eligible customers may receive a one-week free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends, Apple charges the then-current price and the subscription renews.
Prices are set and localized by Apple. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or deleting your Park account does not stop billing. Restore purchases is available in the app if you sign in on a new device.
Practice takes should be of you, for your own training. Do not upload someone else’s voice or face without their permission. We may remove content or close an account that breaks the law or these terms.
The app, lessons, and brand are ours or our licensors. You keep rights in your recordings. You give us a limited license to store and analyze them so we can provide the service.
The app is provided “as is.” Practice and missions happen in the real world. We are not responsible for how other people respond to you. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for amounts above what you paid us in the three months before a claim.
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without affecting any rights you have that cannot be waived in your country. Questions: support@socialskillspark.com.
